Refund policy

Event Decor Rentals: All rental bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a credit toward a future booking. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Without payment of the deposit, your reservation will not be held, and the date remains available to other clients.

 

Event Styling & Planning Services: Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us within 48 hours of booking.

 

Digital Products (Prints & Tools): Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once the file has been downloaded. However, we are flexible and happy to modify or adapt the design to better suit your needs. Please contact us at contact@maisonprudenceevents.com before your purchase to discuss customization options.

 

Desserts & Catering: Coming Soon
